We went to the annual RV and Boat show. We had a good time drooling over campers. They had good deals on pop-ups, and someday we would like to get a new one, but not now. Too many other things have to take priority (kitchen cabinets, bathroom, windows...). Oh well, it was fun to look.
The kids enjoyed casting and then took part in a casting contest. Emily was the only one in her age group that competed tonight, so she qualified to go to the next level of competition. It will be on Sunday, Feb. 8th. She will need to go practice her casting, so she can do a little better. She was a little disappointed, as two years ago she was a nightly winner and she got a medal and a fishing pole. This year they are having budget issues, so she just gets to compete.
